*estate collaborations are unfinished projects, usually from estates of a presumed deceased quilter. Often they are anonymous finds, and I don't know the quilter's name, previous location, or biological date. The projects can be in various stages from miscellaneous blocks, to entire quilt tops, to damaged quilts. I enjoy finishing the quilts they didn’t have the chance to. It feels a bit like teaming up with someone from the other side of the veil, a fabric ouija board of sorts…
